Containing bioactive, high potency medical grade Manuka honey, MANUKAhd Lite custom fiber pad provides a smaller super absorbent, cross-linked mesh gelling surface for greater clinical ease and patient comfort with each dressing change. Impregnated with the highest proportion of ManukaMed medical grade honey, MANUKAhd Lite takes up eschar and debris tissue, enabling swelling and gelling upon contact with exudate and necrotic surfaces while lowering pH and reducing/eliminating malodor. It’s enhanced flexibility at wound bed negates any need for secondary absorptive dressing. Clinically demonstrating 50-100% more antibacterial activity than alternative products, MANUKAhd Lite stimulates autolytic debridement in venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, press ulcers, arterial and surgical wounds, first and second degree burns and skin tears.
